Please note the following terms regarding purchases and refunds:

• All purchases or payments made on TeachQuest are considered final. Once payment is completed, cancellation and refund requests are not accepted.
• Courses purchased are non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another user. As these are online courses, please review the course introduction thoroughly before making a payment.
• For both online and classroom training, each learner is entitled to a demo lecture. Payment for the training or course should be made only after you are satisfied with the demo classes, and we do not accept refund requests under these circumstances.
• Refunds are not issued for self-paced (recorded) courses. If you encounter any issues, please contact us for support.
• Once the course fee is paid, it is non-refundable under any conditions and cannot be transferred to another student.
• Any disputes related to this agreement or course/training will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Law Court of Kanpur.
