Our Terms and Conditions

Welcome to TeachQuest! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and other related services (collectively, the “Services”). Please review them carefully as they constitute a legal agreement between you and TeachQuest and contain important information about your rights and obligations.

TeachQuest’s mission is to enhance learning by offering a platform where students and instructors can connect. Our Services enable students from grades 9-12 and undergraduate levels to enroll in online courses and participate in live classes, while teachers can register as instructors to create and offer their courses. To maintain a safe and productive environment, we need to set some rules. By using our Services, you agree to abide by these Terms.

  1. Accounts

1.1 Account Creation and Security
You must create an account to access many of our Services, including purchasing courses and participating in live classes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities conducted under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, please contact our Support Team immediately. To use TeachQuest, you must be at least 13 years old. If you’re under 18, we encourage you to have a parent or guardian assist you in creating an account.

1.2 Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. If you believe your account has been compromised or if you wish to close it, please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how to proceed.

  1. Content Enrollment and Access

2.1 License to Content
When you enroll in a course, you receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and view the content via TeachQuest’s Services. This license is granted for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, resell, or distribute the content in any form.

2.2 Lifetime Access
Generally, you receive lifetime access to the content you purchase. However, this access may be revoked if we need to disable the content due to legal issues or policy violations. Lifetime access does not guarantee ongoing availability of instructor-led features, such as Q&A sessions.

  1. Payments, Credits, and Refunds

3.1 Pricing
Course prices are set based on our Instructor Terms and Promotions Policy. Prices may vary across different platforms, and promotions may be available to new users or specific regions.

3.2 Payments
You agree to use valid payment methods and authorize us to charge your payment method for any purchases. If payment fails, you must settle the fees within 30 days to maintain access to the content.

3.3 Refunds
Please note that all purchases or payments done by a user on TeachQuest are deemed to be final. Cancellation and refund requests are not accepted once the payment is done. Also, the courses you choose/pay for can not be transferred to any other user.

  1. Intellectual Property

4.1 Content Ownership
You retain ownership of content you post, such as courses or other materials. By posting content, you grant TeachQuest a license to use, share, and promote it.

4.2 Infringement Claims
If you believe that content on our platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us to report the issue. Our policies require instructors to respect intellectual property laws.

  1. Using TeachQuest at Your Own Risk

5.1 Content Accuracy
We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or legality of content provided by instructors. Access content at your own risk and use it responsibly.

5.2 Interactions and Personal Information
Be cautious when sharing personal information with others on our platform. We are not liable for interactions between students and instructors.
